CHAKA with Bride of CHAKA.

CHAKA, one of the most recognized names in Los Angeles graffiti history, was the first writer to put paint on a SPRAY LA canvas. Orange fills across a Bride of Chucky one-sheet. The piece came before the project had a name.

He is not part of the show, at least not yet. But meeting him and seeing this piece was the key indicator that the whole idea would work: put an industry-disposable poster in front of a serious writer and the surface holds the work. Two kinds of creatives, one surface.
