Kelly “RISK” Graval is one of the founding architects of West Coast graffiti. Coming up in 1980s Los Angeles with the West Coast Artists (WCA) crew, he pushed the culture into places it had never been, from freeway overpasses and the “heavens” to fine art galleries around the world. Few living artists carry more weight in this city, and fewer still have spent four decades proving that graffiti belongs everywhere art is taken seriously. For SPRAY LA, RISK takes on STAR WARS: EPISODE I, bringing one of the most recognized names in graffiti history to one of the most recognized franchises in movie history.
