Chris May, known as 2SHAE, is a Los Angeles graffiti artist, tattoo artist, illustrator, and designer whose work is rooted in survival, transformation, and street culture. He began doing graffiti at a young age and developed his craft across walls, tattoos, commercial projects, and large-scale mural work. Known for his “Pill Head” character and raw, highly personal visual language, 2SHAE often channels difficult life experience into bold, graphic imagery. His work has appeared in galleries, on major walls around Los Angeles, and in projects connected to The Hundreds, West Coast Customs, The Container Yard, and Insomniac. Through graffiti, tattooing, and illustration, 2SHAE has built a body of work that turns hardship into identity, energy, and unmistakable visual style.
